Using Claude Skills

Most organizations have hundreds of processes, and, unfortunately, many of them are inconsistent and poorly understood.

One person completes a process one way.  Another person does it totally different.  Or worse, the only person who really understands the process leaves the company, and the knowledge disappears.

Claude skills can help address these problems.

Skills are reusable instructions that tell Claude how a process should be done, so it follows the same steps each time.  They can also include helpful resources like templates and code.
